The new apartment complex on the fifth floor has a side sea view and is located 20 meters from the beach. The building has a modern, young and specific architecture which makes the residence unique. There are only 2 apartments per floor, which is a definite advantage for the serenity of the building.
Together with the interior designer we chose for a modern and luxurious interior decoration with design furniture, picked out to guaranty an optimal use in the available rooms.
Easily accessible, walking distance to the train station and near the city centre with its vibrant nightlife. The Casino Kursaal and Wapenplein are located only 300 meters from the apartment. Games, sports, beach, shopping (also open on Sundays), restaurants and bars in the surrounding area. An excellent base for numerous coastal activities in Ostend and the surrounding areas where u can enjoy your holidays in summer and winter.
Living room
The fully equipped design living room consists of a dining room table for 4 persons, a desk, a leather corner sofa and a QLED television with HD digibox (available for Telenet Digital and you can log in with your Netflix account). The use of all the curtains, lightning and heating is done through the Domotica system which can provide an exceptional atmosphere by means of different settings. WIFI is available throughout the apartment.
Bedrooms
The apartment has 2 bedrooms for 2 to 4 persons.
There is one bedroom with a boxspring and another bedroom with two single beds which can also be used as a double bed. Both bedrooms have their own sink with hot and cold water, a heated and lighted mirror, sufficient closet space and a digital television. There is also a cot available on request.
Kitchen
There is a luxurious kitchen fully equipped with an induction cooking island, doors in leather, ceramic work surface and a range of equipment ideal for every amateur chef. The separate coffee and tea corner, American refrigerator with water and ice cubes, pyrolyse oven, microwave oven and dishwasher provide extra comfort.

In this separate corner of the kitchen you can enjoy a nice coffee or tea.
The full automatic expresso machine is filled with delicious coffee beans. Dolce Gusto enthusiasts will also be spoiled with their own machine and for the tea drinkers there is of course a water cooker.
Bathroom
The spacious walk-in shower with Gröhe smartcontrol rain shower offers a unique showering experience. The luxurious oval shaped shower head consists of a revitalising trio of shower massagers which are relaxing and refreshing. The hand shower offers the choice between the with air injected O2 beam and the soft Rain Beam. Furthermore both shower heads can be used simultaneously. The water beam can easily be set to your needs. There is a separate toilet area with lavabo and heated mirror. And as mentioned.. a separate lavabo with mirror in every bedroom.
Terrace
The spacious southwest facing terrace has sun from morning till late afternoon. The large table and 4 stairs offer the opportunity to enjoy nice weather with sea view and view on the Van Iseghemlaan.

There are a range of board games and DVD’s available.
General
We have a covered parking space that you can rent for € 22 per day. This way you can park at any time, because all neighborhood car parks are usually full.
The entrance to the garage is 150 meters from the entrance to our apartment.
Parking in Ostend normally costs EUR 30 per day.
